Moving Toward Better Running
Provides runners with information about injury prevention, running techniques and education on running form. Program also includes a shoe screening to assist athletes in identifying the best shoe for their foot type.

Running Analysis
This is an analysis of a runner’s form and mechanics to assist the individual in improving their competitive running ability. Cost: $10.00

Wellness Centers Exercise Program
Provides medically-supervised exercise programs for people with chronic illnesses or others. Open to anyone with a doctor’s clearance.

Arthritis Exercise Program
Exercise program for people with arthritis and related conditions. Includes strength and flexibility exercises along with light aerobics. Class runs for six week on Thursdays. Space is limited.

Chair Yoga
Class teaches yoga techniques using a chair, either seated or standing. Focuses on flexibility, balance and strength, and provides great exercise for people with limited mobility or flexibility. Once a week on Thursdays for six weeks at Westside Rehab Services.

Nutrition and Weight Management

Weekly Weight In
Join a LRGHealthcare Dietitian for a weekly weigh in and nutrition session. Each weekly class will cover a different nutrition topic. To begin this program, participants must meet with a registered dietitian for a one time consultation. Must prepay one month at a time.
Cost: $20 for initial meeting with dietitian. $40/month for an individual or $60/month when two people from the same household join together. Prepay Three months in advance and receive a 20% discount.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program
Ideal for people with arthritis and other related conditions. Activities will improve muscular strength, increase endurance and flexibility and help manage pain. Taught by a certified instructor, and the ability to swim is not required. Cost: $40.00

Chemical Dependency

Nathan Brody Chemical Dependency Program
This is an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program that provides the client the opportunity to maintain family structure and employment throughout the course of the substance abuse recovery program.

The treatment program includes individual counseling, group therapy, life skills training, educational lectures, relapse prevention training, family education/therapy, individualized treatment planning and self-help groups.
