2010 LRGHealthcare Golf Classic
We are pleased to announce the 2010 LRGHealthcare Golf Classic to be held Monday,
August 16 at the beautiful Laconia Country Club. Proceeds from this year’s event
will benefit the HealthLink program–our community’s front door to healthcare.
Launched
in 1993, HealthLink is an information and referral service, as well as an access
program for those who are uninsured or underinsured.
Since the program’s creation, we have helped connect more than 23,400 people
in the Lakes and Three Rivers Regions to the services they need, both locally and
through programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, Healthy Kids, and services available
to veterans through the Veteran’s Administration.
A partnership between LRGHealthcare, local providers, and service agencies, HealthLink
helps to ensure that finances are not a barrier to accessing needed healthcare services
for thousands of people in our community. Over the years, this tournament has raised
more than $720,000 to support HealthLink.
